APPLICATION FOR THE DEAN'S AWARD AND RECTOR'S AWARD IS OPEN FROM 18.09.2024. UNTIL 30.09.2024

PRIZE TERMS:

RECTOR'S AWARD

Conditions for receiving the Rector's Award

(1) The general conditions for receiving the Rector's Award for students with the best results are:

  1. a) average grade of 9 or higher, obtained during the I (first), II (second) or III (third) study cycle
  2. b) that the student did not repeat a single year of study during the study cycle for which the prize is awarded c) that the student did not enroll in a graduate or matriculation internship.

(2) In addition to the conditions from paragraph (1) of this article, special conditions that may affect the choice are also taken into account:

  1. a) activity in the teaching process - student demonstrator,
  2. b) participation in scientific, research and professional activities, c) participation in international exchange of students,
  3. d) work in student organizations,
  4. e) representation of students in University bodies and faculties.

(3) If, after scoring, several students have the same number of points, priority is given to the student with the higher grade point average. If the grade average is the same, more prizes are awarded.

(4) The final decision on awarding the Rector's Award is made by the Rector.

 

DEAN'S AWARD

Conditions for receiving the Dean's Award

(1) The general conditions for receiving the Dean's Award for students with the best results are:

  1. a) an average grade of 8 or higher, achieved in the previous year of study during the I (first), II (second) and III (third) cycle of studies,
  2. b) that the student did not repeat a single year of study during his studies,
  3. c) that the student has passed all exams from all previous years of study
  4. d) that the student has not enrolled in a graduate or matriculation internship,
  5. e) that the student in the final year of the first cycle of studies has defended the final / graduate thesis, if it is provided for in the curriculum

(2) In addition to the conditions from paragraph (1) of this article, special conditions that may affect the choice are also taken into account:

  1. f) activity in the teaching process – student demonstrator,
  2. g) participation in scientific, research and professional activities,
  3. h) participation in international student exchange,
  4. i) work in student organizations,
  5. j) representation of students in the bodies of the University and faculties.

(3) If, after scoring, several students have the same number of points, priority is given to the student with the higher grade point average. If the grade average is the same, more prizes are awarded.

(4) The final decision on the awarding of the Dean's Award is made by the dean.
