On the occasion of the cooperation between the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zenica and the First Grammar School of Zenica, on May 30, 2023, a visit of students of the 3rd grade (natural elective area) accompanied by chemistry professor Aida D\u017eambegovi\u0107 took place in the premises of the Faculty of Medicine. The students were warmly welcomed by the senior assistant, MSc Jasmina Maru\u0161i\u0107, who introduced the students to the chemistry-biochemistry laboratory. The present students were introduced to the work and organization of the laboratory by the assistant, and after the discussion, the students expressed their desire to see the theoretical part they had heard about weighing, centrifugation, microscopy and spectrophotometry in practice. All of the above was available to the students for practical work, which in the end resulted in satisfaction and a new experience that will influence their further education and the choice of college enrollment. After completing the practical work, several students expressed their interest in enrolling in the Faculty of Medicine, which showed their humanity and desire to acquire knowledge. The meeting ended with mutual satisfaction and a desire for further cooperation.<\/p>\n
