A three-day 14th International Conference was held in Tuzla on 01-04\/06\/2023 organized by the Bosnian-Herzegovinian American Academy of Arts and Sciences\/BHAAAS. The aforementioned conference brought together new and established scientists with the aim of exchanging innovative ideas, experiences and scientific works. and in which our teachers took an active part in the following topics:<\/p>\n

“Correlation of Physical Activity and Mental Health of Students." Author<\/em>: Amir Osmanovi\u0107, Adnan Mujezinovi\u0107, Kenan Galija\u0161evi\u0107, Mirza Oru\u010d, Edin Selimovi\u0107<\/p>\n

"Laboratory Monitoring Of Covid-19 Patients On Mechanical Ventilation In Intensive Treatment Units."<\/em>The authors of the paper are: Jasmina Maru\u0161i\u0107, Edhem Haskovi\u0107, Adnan Mujezinovi\u0107, Mirza Oru\u010d, Kenan Galija\u0161evi\u0107<\/p>\n

"Anxiety disorders of children and adolescents<\/em>.\u201d The authors of the work are: Belma \u0160ljivo, Edin Bjelo\u0161evi\u0107, Mirza Oru\u010d, Adnan Mujezinovi\u0107, Kenan Galija\u0161evi\u0107.<\/p>\n

“Attitudes of students and teaching staff about the importance of education in the field of first aid<\/em>". The authors of the work are: Amina Helvida, Hasanica Nino, Mujezinovi\u0107 Adnan, Oru\u010d Mirza.<\/p>\n

The conference program was comprehensive with topics that bring new knowledge and innovative ideas with the latest achievements in various fields of medicine and healthcare.
\nThe mentioned papers will be published in Acta Medica Saliniana.<\/p>\n

In addition to our lecturers, our students, i.e. students of the sixth year of the General Medicine study program, participated in the Medical Students Symposium for Young Researchers and Medical Professionals, where Sumeja \u0106ati\u0107 won 1st place with her work on the topic "Usage of TXA in trauma". under the mentorship of dr. Melice Imamovi\u0107-Bo\u0161njak, specialist in emergency medicine.<\/p>\n

While Haris Huseinagi\u0107 at the Third International Symposium in Ophthalmology and Visual Science presented a paper on the topic "Unresolved case of unspecific granulomatous hyperplasia in a young female triggered by pregnancy" under the mentorship of Nina Jovanovi\u0107, MD, PhD.<\/p>\n
