In the period from 22.04.2024 to 26.04.2024. The 31st regular meeting of Florence Newtork, a network of nursing and midwifery faculties, was held in Larissa, Greece. This network brings together 54 higher education institutions from different European countries. During 4 days of a rich program of meetings entitled "Strengthening resilience through educational and digital innovation" at the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Thessaly, an expert conference was held under the same title, where representatives of our faculty presented the second part of the research Identifying the main causes of migration of health workers from BIH. In addition to the professional conference, a series of bilateral meetings were held with representatives of other faculties, as well as a series of meetings with the aim of creating applications for new project calls as well as future cooperation in the form of mobility of teaching staff and students.<\/p>\n
