We are proud to announce very important information for the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zenica. In the period from 04 - 7.11.2024. in the Dutch city of Leeuwarden, where NHL Stenden Hoegschool is located, a meeting of the board of the Florence Network (one of the largest networks that bring together faculties that provide education in the field of nursing and midwifery in Europe) was held. The Faculty of Medicine, University of Zenica, study program Health Care, after nomination, was selected to host FNAM 2026 (Florence Network Annual Meeting) which will be held in the period 13-17.04.2026.<\/p>\n

This will certainly be a challenge but also an honor for the Faculty of Medicine to organize such an important meeting, which will be reflected in the organization of scientific conferences, workshops, invited lectures and other important elements in the field of nursing and midwifery during this period. On behalf of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zenica, the letter of nomination was presented to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sc. Oru\u010d Mirza, who is also the representative of our faculty in this network, the letter was presented by the President of the Florence Network Lisbeth Vinberg Engel (from Denmark, University College Copenhagen) and Vice President Laura Visiers Jimenez (Universidad Pontifica dr Comillas, Spain, Madrid)<\/p>\n

The Florence network currently has 52 members from 21 countries in Europe, and the number of members of this network is increasing every year.<\/p>\n
