The FAMI Foundation, as part of the Project for Strengthening Nursing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, organized a workshop and education on the topic "Leadership in Nursing".<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Four intensive and inspiring days of education on the topic of "Leadership in Nursing" have successfully come to an end, bringing together lecturers and participants from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina with a single goal - strengthening leadership competencies within the nursing profession.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\ud83d\udd16\"<\/span> Through a dynamic mix of theoretical lectures, interactive workshops and simulations, participants jointly built knowledge and developed skills in the areas of strategic management, human resource development, business communication, organizational skills and public advocacy. With the exchange of experiences and mutual support, a strong network of educators was formed - the foundation for future cooperation and joint professional development.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\ud83e\uddd1\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2695\ufe0f\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffc\u200d\u2695\ufe0f\"<\/span> The final day of the education was dedicated to the topic "Voice of nursing - campaigns for health", through which concrete tools and approaches to strengthen the public visibility of the nursing profession were presented.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb\"<\/span> This training was implemented thanks to strong inter-entity cooperation and partnership between the Federal Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Republika Srpska, whose joint engagement is an example of a responsible approach to building more resilient and quality health sectors in Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\ud83c\udde8\ud83c\udded\"<\/span> We extend special gratitude to the Embassy of Switzerland in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which, through its long-standing nursing support program, continuously invests in strengthening the capacities of nurses and technicians, contributing to safer, more accessible and higher-quality healthcare for all citizens.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\ud83d\udce2\"<\/span> Leadership in nursing is not just an individual skill \u2013 it is developed and strengthened through trust, collaboration, and a shared vision of better healthcare.<\/div>\n
