Students of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zenica participated in the international biomedical congress "Tuzla Brain Week 2020", which took place in Tuzla. As part of the Tuzla Brain Week 2020, they had the opportunity to visit several workshops that took place at the "University Clinical Center Tuzla", as well as at the "Dom zdravlja" Tuzla.<\/p>\n

We especially want to emphasize that the students had the opportunity to meet an eminent scientist in the field of neuroscience, prof. Ph.D. sc. Ali Jawaida, who currently teaches at the University of Zurich and Baylor College in Houston.<\/p>\n

At this year's Tuzla Brain Week, they participated as active and passive members. Active members are D\u017eeneta Bradari\u0107 and Emir Begagi\u0107 (me), and passive members are Namira Softi\u0107, Emir Softi\u0107, Irma Omanovi\u0107, Lejla \u010cejvan, Adna Karahod\u017ea, and \u0160ejla Dervi\u0107.<\/p>\n

Emir Begagi\u0107 participated in the organization of Tuzla Brain Week (as a member of the organizing committee, team for scientific and research work, team for creative support and visual identity, and as editor-in-chief of the book of abstracts).<\/p>\n

At the scientific-research session, the work "Case report: Pathological fracture of femoral neck" was presented, which was done by D\u017eeneta Bradari\u0107, Emir Begagi\u0107 and others. Adnan Ke\u0161etovi\u0107 in coordination with the Orthopedic Clinic of the University Clinical Center in Tuzla. The paper was evaluated by a committee consisting of university professors from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tuzla. At the presentation of scientific and research works, we proudly inform you that, with the praise of the scientific committee, we won third place.
