TRAINING OF COACHES AS PART OF THE TEMPUS PROJECT OF CCNURCA

The Faculty of Health Studies of the University of Mostar hosted the last trainer training as part of the Tempus project of the CCNURCA, which aims to reform the education of nurses/technicians and harmonize it with the European Directive on regulated professions. The training was conducted by experts from Odisee College from Belgium, who is also the coordinator of this project. The training was attended by over 50 academic and 20 administrative workers from partner institutions from the countries of the Western Balkans (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Montenegro). It should be noted the importance of this training, which is reflected in the fact that this is the 6th training of trainers/educators in the field of health sciences that was held as part of this project. Faculties from the Western Balkans (BiH, Albania and Montenegro) have strengthened their human resources capacities with new learning methodologies in the field of nursing. This training was also an introduction and the final dissemination conference that will be held at the University of Zenica on March 20, 2017. years.
