Competition for students and teachers of the University of Zenica for mobility in the academic year 2020/21. in the framework of the MEVLAN exchange program
The Office for International Cooperation of the University of Zenica announces a call for applications for exchange students and academic staff in the 2020/2021 academic year as part of the Mevlana exchange program. The program is funded by the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the call is open to Trakya University of Edirne, Ankara University, Ondokuz Mayis University of Samsun and Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University .
The program provides students who are selected with a monthly scholarship for a stay of one semester/4 months in the amount of 1300 TL. For teaching staff, the program covers travel and accommodation expenses in accordance with the regulations of the Council for Higher Education and the provisions of Law 6245.

- Teachers and students of the University of Zenica on a partnership Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (https://aybu.edu.tr/ ; https://aybu.edu.tr/studentaffairs/category_title_list-383-prospective-international-students.html can apply for the following fields of study: civil engineering, IT/software engineering, materials, mechanical engineering, languages, medicine, health, economics, theology and law.
Year of study: I, II, III study cycle
Duration of mobility: winter/summer semester of academic year 2020/2021
Application deadline: March 4, 2020
Student registration:
- Student Application Form (the document should be signed by the dean/deaness of the faculty, the original document should be attached to the interview)
- Student Information Form
- Printout of grades with average (for students applying to Ankara University and Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University transcript of grades must be translated into Turkish or English)
- CV
- Certificate of knowledge of the language (from the subject teacher if the candidates do not have another certificate)
- Scanned valid passport
Submit the application with scanned documents to the email address amra.muslic@unze.ba with an indication of MEVLANA/ the university to which the candidates are applying.
Candidates will be ranked and then they will have an interview, which will be held in the Rector's office on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

Teacher Login:
The duration of mobility for academic staff is at least 14 days. Submit the application with scanned documents to the email address indicating MEVLANA/the university to which the candidates are applying.
Note:
- Application forms must be signed by the candidate;
- Scan all documents separately and give them the appropriate name;
- If candidates are applying for more than one university, they need to send a separate email for each application
- Students applying for other study programs on the website of the university they are applying for should check the courses offered in English
- Trakya University in Edirne organizes classes exclusively in the Turkish language except for language study programs, it also does not give the possibility for teachers on mobility to give lectures in another language except for language study programs
- Upon arrival at the partner university, 80% scholarships are paid to students, and the rest of 20% is paid upon fulfillment of obligations
- The Mevlana program does not cover travel expenses for students
