Familial Hypercholesterolemia Awareness Symposium

The Association of Cardiologists BIH launched a campaign to raise awareness about familial hypercholesterolemia
as part of which a Symposium on this topic was held in Sarajevo on January 27/28, 2023. year in the House
srca, 71000 Sarajevo.
This symposium with a very important topic aims to advance the process of raising awareness of the importance
familial hypercholesterolemia as a factor preventing the onset and development of the disease
cardiovascular system. Different presentations will be heard during the two days of the symposium
experts in this field.

The representatives of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zenica, Prof. Belma Pojskić and Associate Professor Mirza Oruč, as well as the students of the Health Care study program, who had the opportunity to attend this event on both days, attached great importance to this important event.
