International cooperation

The team of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zenica consisting of: Harun Hodžić, PhD, Adnan Mujezinović, PhD, Mirza Oruč, PhD, and Kenan Galijašević, PhD, visited the HANZE University of Applied Science, Groningen, The Netherlands. As part of their stay, they actively participated in the international program "Healthy Aging in a global perspective", where they held a series of lectures and workshops with students.

 

During the two-week intensive program, where more than 3,588 participants listened to/attended different lectures, and more than 555 participants participated in 15 workshops, representatives of our faculty had an extremely active participation, both as lecturers and as members of the final committee for the evaluation of professional works of students whose the president was assistant professor Mirza Oruč.

The cooperation between the University of Zenica, i.e. the Faculty of Medicine and the Hanze University of Applied Science began in 2013 as part of the implementation of the CCNURCA structural project, which aimed to reform education in the field of health care/nursing. Cooperation as part of this project also resulted in increased mobility of students and teaching staff, which is realized at the semester level. As part of this mobility, three students of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zenica, study program Health care, started on 02/03/2023. mobility for one semester at this institution. We wish our students: Benjamin Muslić, Kanita Hodžić and Dženis Halilović much success on this mobility and that they return to us with new acquired knowledge and skills.
